FRLN100: One Hundred Reps, Upgrading Your Money OS, Building The Life You Want

One Hundred Issues. One Hundred Reps. One Hundred Chances to Change Your Life.

I cannot believe we made it to Issue 100. Feeling grateful AF.

One hundred newsletters covering tips, tools, and strategies for fitness, money, and life.

Doing anything one hundred times is a big deal.
One hundred workouts.
One hundred newsletters.
One hundred reps on a meaningful project.

It still blows my mind how much your life can change when you stay in the arena long enough for compounding to kick in.

This week, I want to give you one “100 Principle” for each pillar of the Fit Rich Life.

FIT — Commit to 100 Days

Most people radically underestimate what 100 days of consistency can do to their body, their confidence, and their identity. They think they need the perfect program, the perfect diet, or the perfect timing.

What they actually need is 100 days of showing up.

Commit to:

  • 100 workouts

  • 100 days of eating on point

  • 100 nights of high-quality sleep (7 to 9 hours)

If you do just that, your life will transform.

Here is why 100 days works so well:

1. You Build an Unshakeable Fitness Identity

The first 10 to 20 days create momentum.
The next 30 to 40 days, you build a habit.
By 60 to 80 days, you stop negotiating with yourself.
By Day 100, you identify as someone who trains, eats, and sleeps like an athlete.

At that point, your default becomes a super-fit person.
The friction disappears.

2. You Give Your Body Enough Time to Adapt

Real physical change takes longer than most people think. One month is not enough. Six weeks is not enough.

But three and a half months?
Your body will:

  • get leaner

  • get stronger

  • improve mood

  • boost recovery

  • increase energy

  • regulate hunger

  • eliminate cravings

  • build more muscle

  • stabilize hormones

All because you stayed consistent long enough for your physiology to catch up to your intention.

3. You Prove to Yourself That Long-Term Fitness Is Earned, Not Hoped For

People start and stop so many programs because they never push past the threshold where results compound.

Days 1 to 30: You feel changes.
Days 30 to 60: Others notice changes.
Days 60 to 100: You become the new version of you.

This is where compounding kicks in.

4. You Learn the Only Three Things That Truly Matter

Forget the noise. Forget the supplements. Forget the hacks.

Master just these:

  • your workouts

  • your nutrition

  • your sleep

Nail those three for 100 days, and you will look, feel, and perform better than you have in years.

5. You Build a Foundation That Lasts a Decade

A 100-day season is the perfect launchpad for a decade mindset.

If you can stay consistent for a third of a year, you can stay consistent for a decade.

And a decade of fitness mastery will change your entire life trajectory.

RICH — Keep Updating Your Money OS

Even after writing about maximizing my net life over my net worth, I still fell into the Black Friday vortex.

My commitment was to be present on Thanksgiving. To slow down. To focus on my best life.

And yet, the week of Thanksgiving, I found myself spinning up a Black Friday promo again. The same mindset loop I talked about recently came right back online.

I had to cancel the promo the day before Thanksgiving.

It stressed me out because I had said I was committed to spending the holiday fully present. The good news is that none of the work was wasted. My biz partner and I will use it for a future project.

But the real lesson is this:

Updating your money mindset is a lifelong practice.

A mindset is an operating system.
And if you are not paying attention, the old operating system boots back up.

For me, that old programming looks like:

  • chasing more money just because I can

  • slipping into scarcity even though I am a multimillionaire

  • feeling an unconscious pull to produce, sell, and accumulate

There is nothing wrong with making more money. But at some point, you have to update the code. You have to shift from “maximize net worth” to “maximize net life.”

I caught myself.
I shut it down.
I had an amazing Thanksgiving with my wife, and I was fully present.

Your money mindset requires constant updates, the same way your smartphone requires regular operating system updates.

If you want to live a life of financial freedom instead of a life driven by fear, you must update the programming running in the background.

Keep the new operating system running.
Delete the scarcity apps.
Install the ones that support your best life.

LIFE — You Built This Life

Thanksgiving always brings up reflection for me.

Gratitude.
Awareness.
Perspective.

Your life today is the culmination of your past decisions.

Your habits.
Your beliefs.
Your identity.

If you love your life, amazing.
I am proud of you.

If you are unhappy with parts of your life, I say this with love:

You have the responsibility and the power to build a new one.

It is easier to be the victim than the author.
It is easier to blame circumstances than to pick up the pen and write a new chapter.
But the beautiful thing about being human is this:

It is never too late to rebuild.
It is never too late to improve.
It is never too late to redesign your life into something you are proud of.

Be grateful for the parts of your life that are working.
Have compassion for the parts that are not.
Have the courage to improve the parts you are ready to expand.

Your Fit Rich Life is built one upgrade at a time.

ACTION — Build Your Next 100 Days

Pick one and implement it this week:

• FIT — Commit to a 100 Day Fitness Season.
Choose one habit you can sustain for the next 3.5 months. A structured strength program. Dialed-in nutrition. A consistent sleep routine. Prove to yourself what 100 days of alignment can create.

• RICH — Update one part of your money operating system.
Identify one old belief, fear, or scarcity loop that no longer serves you. Replace it with a new program that supports your current season of life. Your future self will thank you for the upgrade.

• LIFE — Take radical ownership of one area you want to improve.
Notice where you have been tolerating instead of transforming. Say to yourself: “I am ready to build the next version of my life.” Your life expands the moment you choose to lead it.

Your Fit Rich Life is not built in a sprint.

It is built in the long game.
The habits you sustain.
The money you invest.
The identity you grow into.
The courage to step beyond your old operating system again and again.

Here’s to the next chapter of your Fit Rich Life.
A hundred issues in. A hundred more ahead.
Compounding momentum. Deep purpose. Full presence.

To your health, wealth, & happiness,
