FRLN99: Non-Negotiable Workouts, Your Most Important Bill, Gratitude Gains

Every week I sit down to write this newsletter, I feel a mix of gratitude and awe. We’re one issue away from #100 — and this week’s feature is one of the most unique & inspiring stories I’ve ever brought to the Fit Rich Life community.

This week's podcast features someone whose journey challenges stereotypes, breaks stigma, and expands what’s possible for anyone who decides to change their financial destiny.

I’m incredibly proud to introduce you to this week’s podcast guest:

The Anonymous Creator Known as “The Spicy Investor”

Spicy has one of the most unexpected and powerful paths to financial independence that I’ve ever heard.

She was an erotic dancer — yes, a stripper — who saved and invested her way to a $1,000,000 net worth by age 30.

She’s no longer dancing, but she is on a mission to empower others in the sex-worker space to build wealth, gain financial literacy, and escape the cycle of lifestyle inflation.

It’s an underserved community.

It’s a courageous mission.

And her story is full of discipline, intentionality, and perspective-shifting lessons for everyone.

I’m genuinely proud of this episode — and I’m excited to share her Fit Rich Life tips, tools, and strategies with you.

Let’s dive in.

FIT — Treat Your Workouts Like a Non-Negotiable Meeting

One of Spicy’s strongest fitness philosophies is simple:

“Treat your workouts like a non-negotiable meeting.”

And I absolutely love this.

Most people hope to work out.

They try to fit it in.

They intend to “be better next week.”

But hope is not a strategy.

If your workouts come last, they won’t happen — your job, your responsibilities, and life's circumstances will take precedence.

But if you schedule your workouts like meetings you must show up to — morning, lunch break, or evening, whenever you consistently have energy — your entire fitness life changes.

This is how you become fit long-term:

Not by hype. Not by short bursts.

But by non-negotiable consistency.

This is how someone who has never been consistent becomes consistent:

Put it on the calendar.

Show up even when you don’t feel like it.

Especially when you don’t feel like it.

That’s the difference between being someone who “works out sometimes” and someone who is fit for life.

RICH — Pay Yourself First Like It’s Your Most Important Bill

This might be my favorite money lesson from Spicy:

“Pay yourself first like it’s the most important bill you have.”

In other words:

Invest every single month, no matter what.

This is exactly how she built her wealth.

She set a personal rule:

→ Invest a minimum of $10,000 per month.

Most months, it was $10,000+.

One month it was $17,000.

Some months, she couldn’t hit it — and she gave herself grace because she made up for it by investing more during other months.

Was her number huge? Yes.

Does your number need to be? Absolutely not.

Your number might be $100/month.

Or $500/month.

Or $1,000/month.

The amount matters less than the habit.

Because every month you invest, you’re buying back your future freedom — the most valuable asset you will ever own.

LIFE — Practice Daily Gratitude + Live in the Gain

Spicy’s life philosophy is simple, powerful, and transformative:

“Write down three things you’re grateful for every day.”

And more importantly — live in the gain, not the gap.

Most people live in the gap:

→ Where they are today vs. the goal they haven’t hit yet.

This mindset feels like failure 99% of the time.

It robs you of momentum and joy.

But living in the gain?

That’s where your life transforms.

The gain is the distance between where you started and where you are now.

Example:

If your net worth goal is $1M and you’re at $200K…

The gap says: “I’m still $800K away.”

The gain says: “Holy shit, I built $200K from nothing.”

The gain creates momentum.

The gap destroys it.

Gratitude fuels identity.

Identity fuels consistency.

Consistency fuels transformation.

This is one of the most important Fit Rich Life principles you can adopt — in fitness, money, relationships, and everything else.

ACTION — Upgrade + Why This Episode Is Worth It

Pick one to upgrade your week:

  1. Schedule your workouts like meetings — put them on your calendar as non-negotiable appointments. Show up even when you don’t feel like it.

  2. Automate one small money move — set up a recurring monthly investment, even if it's just $20. Your future freedom is built monthly, not magically.

  3. Write down three things you’re grateful for today — start practicing “living in the gain,” not the gap.

Then grab the full convo with The Spicy Investor so you can:

  • Hear how she built a $1 million net worth by age 30 while working as an erotic dancer.

  • Learn how she recovered after losing her entire savings — and rebuilt everything from scratch.

  • Understand how she avoided lifestyle inflation and stayed disciplined while earning an inconsistent income.

  • Get inspired by her mission to bring financial literacy to the sex-worker community — an underserved group that deeply needs it.
