Greetings Fit Rich Fam!

As a fun thought exercise, I contemplated what I would do if I lost all my money (millions) at this point in life. Here is what I would do to get all my millions back within 2-3 years if I had to start all over today.

If you're on Meta's new social media platform "Threads" give me a follow here. I've been sharing more of my thoughts on this new medium. [Remember: you are what you consume.]

Also, if you feel like this newsletter has been adding to the growth of your Fitness, Money & Life please take 7-seconds and share it with a friend. (1) it would mean a lot to me & the mission I am on & (2) we're all in this together so let's grow together!

Without further ado, let's proactively build your Fit Rich Life—FRL! Your weekly dose of actionable tips, tools & strategies to alchemize your Fitness, Money & Life to the Next Level.

FITNESS: A secret to being more fit than most people.
All the fittest people I personally know share a common trait. They just move way more than the average person. Some of these people are professional athletes, but many of them are not (myself included). Obviously, professional athletes move more than the average person because physical training is their day job, but the non-professional athlete people I know don't get paid to move more than the average. It's just part of their lifestyle. They tend to walk a lot, fidget, bounce their knees when sitting, wave their hands around when talking, pace back & forth when they are thinking, and go for walks when on the phone. Often their favorite pastimes with friends include some sort of physical activity (playing a sport, walking & talking, hiking, etc.). By default, they embody Fitness in the way they live & think. The science behind this is something called NEAT (Non-Excercise Activity Thermogenesis) & it leads to them burning significantly more calories than their unfit peers. This way of living is available to anyone who wishes to adopt it. For newbies, start small by walking every time you get on the phone, always taking the stairs, and parking as far away as possible from the entry to whatever building you need to go into.

MONEY: Leverage the 80/20 principle with your work & money.
If you look closely at the current work you do you will notice that about 20% of it contributes to 80% of your success in your specific job or overall career. Once you've identified this you can strategically focus on putting more energy into this lever to consistently grow your income & career.

LIFE: A straightforward way to find your purpose.
Solve your most significant problem or challenge. Then help others solve the same problem or challenge. Ultimately, this is what I have done. Growing up, Fitness & Money were my two most significant problems. I worked on them for decades (literally) and it wasn't until I finally got help from others through mentorship, coaching & mastermind groups that I broke through in my mid-to-late 30s and got in the best shape of my life & finally became a millionaire. Now I help people get in the best shape of their life & master their money. It's the most fulfilling work I've done so far in life. So whatever big challenges you are facing right now proactively go out and get help to overcome these personal challenges, then go help others do the same. P.S. This is a never-ending process that you can repeat to continue moving on to your next highest purpose.

BONUS: It's never too late to find your calling.
In Episode 56 of the Fit Rich Life Podcast, I got the privilege to interview Jeff Scult (of One Golden Thread) to talk about his entrepreneurial journey & artistic unfolding. One of the coolest things to me about Jeff is that he didn't find his higher calling until age 51. And now at 58, he's just getting started. I honestly feel like I am just getting started at age 41 so Jeff's story gives me massive amounts of inspiration & positive energy to keep stepping into my higher calling & creative unfolding. Give the episode a listen for actionable insight on how to find your own higher calling and/or tap into your own creative fire that you are still hiding/running from.
